Annual and New Events Celebrate Hudson Valley Design, History, and Nature

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

(Garrison, NY – March 2019) – Boscobel House and Gardens is thrilled to re-open on April 14 for our 2019 season.

Throughout the year, Boscobel looks forward to serving more diverse audiences than ever with engaging experiences in design, history, and nature. Our 2019 season includes family-friendly programs such as Bring the Kids! house tours with seasonal crafts and activities, our second annual Ice Cream Social and Heritage Applefest, an Independence Day celebration featuring a performance by the Greater Newburgh Symphony Orchestra with stunning views of the West Point fireworks over the Hudson River, and new Great Lawn picnic hours throughout the summer.

This is in addition to Insider Tours of the Historic House Museum, whose beautiful interiors display a world-class collection of New York Neoclassical furniture.

On the second Saturday of each month, Boscobel offers pay-what-you-wish admission to 68 acres of grounds featuring lush gardens, a woodland trail, and a Great Lawn with stunning vistas of the Hudson River.
