West Meadow Pavilion

A spacious lawn with Hudson River views, the West Meadow is nestled between Boscobel’s historic buildings and a beautiful field with tall grasses.

At once grand and intimate, this location is the ideal site for an event pavilion, and can accommodate more than 500 guests.

For smaller events, a tent that accommodates up to 100 on the West Meadow is provided with rental fees. Boscobel’s expert event planner will be happy to provide a list of recommended vendors. Third-party caterers, tent rental services, and other service providers are welcome.

The Formal Garden

The Formal Garden is inspired by the classic-style English garden with a central fountain surrounded by elegant hedges. In bloom for long stretches of the season, its plants are pollinator-friendly, native species that were popular in early American gardens.

Set against the backdrop of the Hudson River, the Formal Garden is an ideal location for pre-dinner cocktails.

The Visitor Center Gallery

The Visitor Center Gallery is a light-filled space that easily accommodates large groups for meals or cocktails.

The Forecourt

Surrounded by lovely, low brick walls, the forecourt is nestled between the mansion and Boscobel’s glorious Maple Lane. Offering shade in summer and dramatic colors in autumn, the Forecourt is an ideal spot for cocktails or smaller celebrations.

Lila Wallace Room | Gallery

Smaller gatherings may be held in Boscobel’s sun-filled Lila Wallace Room (pictured here) or our Gallery connected to the mansion.

Inside the Visitor Center at Boscobel is a private, 667-square foot gathering space. The Lila Wallace Room (pictured here) can host rehearsal dinners, showers, and more.

Connected to the Neoclassical mansion is our Gallery space. Available seasonally, it is a cozy, yet spacious room that holds larger parties.
