Ticketing Policy

Admission to Boscobel is subject to applicable admission hours, policies, fees, and Visitor Guidelines. Tickets to Boscobel House and Gardens programs bear no cash value and are non-refundable, with the only exception of a program entirely canceled by Boscobel.

Canceled programs
In the rare instance of Boscobel cancelling a program, tickets purchased via credit card will be refunded automatically within 30 days of the program date. If purchased via cash, tickets can be refunded by submitting a receipt in person or via e-mail to info at boscobel.org within 30 days of the program date.

Rescheduled programs (rain dates, etc.)
Boscobel must occasionally reschedule programs due to inclement weather, etc. Alternate dates, such as “rain dates,” are indicated clearly on the website. In the event that a program is rescheduled, tickets are automatically valid for the new date, and therefore non-refundable.
