Join Dani and Angela from Ascend Center for an Autumn Equinox opportunity to practice yoga outside on Boscobel’s West Meadow.

We will move through a well-rounded asana yoga class led by Dani with the synchronized sounds of Angela singing live, all with the backdrop of the majestic Hudson River sunset in celebration of the Autumn Equinox.

This yoga class is geared towards all levels with numerous options for challenges and moments for personal surrender. Let’s join together on the West Meadow and pay homage to balance on the day that brings us equal parts light and dark.
