We’re pulling back the wallpaper to bring you behind-the-scenes for Boscobel’s first restoration in 50 years. Join us for a member exclusive virtual tour of Boscobel’s Historic House Museum, where you’ll get an up-close look at the ongoing restoration that has been underway since the Library ceiling collapse in April 2024. This private Zoom event offers a rare opportunity to go behind the scenes as we carefully work to restore and preserve this iconic Hudson Valley Landmark.
During the virtual tour, you’ll explore the intricate details of the restoration process, from structural repairs to the delicate conservation of objects. Executive Director and Curator, Jennifer Carlquist, along with insight from our team of experts will share fascinating insights into the challenges and triumphs of restoring a historic house of this magnitude, and what the future has in store for Boscobel.
This is a unique chance to see aspects of the museum that are typically off-limits to the public, and to learn about the ongoing efforts to ensure Boscobel continues to stand as a cherished part of our cultural heritage.
This is a members-only virtual event. To register, please ensure you are logged in to your member account at the time of checkout. A Zoom link to access the event will be sent at the time of registration and in a day-of reminder email.
