Join our expert guides for a special, limited-time tour celebrating music in Boscobel’s history and design.

The Hudson Valley has always inspired people to create and share music, from the first Lenape, Wappingers, and Munsee peoples to famous local folk singers Pete Seeger and Dar Williams.  Music Motif House Tours highlight the history of music in everyday life in early America, and the music-related motifs in its famously beautiful period rooms.  Offered at special times throughout August and September, these tours are among several NEW programs offered throughout August and September in conjunction with the second annual Boscobel Chamber Music Festival taking place September 1-10.

Tours are conversational and last approximately one hour. Reservations are required and limited in size; children are always welcome.  (Masks are welcome but not required.)

All house tour tickets include admission to 68 acres of Bsocobel’s grounds, including lush gardens, a 22-acre woodland trail, and iconic views of the Hudson River, Hudson Highlands, Constitution Marsh, and the U.S. Military Academy at West Point.
