SPECIAL EVENT: Boscobel is only open to special event ticket holders on this date.

Celebrate New York’s important 350 year history with the apple by exploring the tradition of apple cidering as it flourishes in the Hudson Valley today. Meet and sample from over 20 apple cideries and cheese purveyors or purchase a timed pairings ticket and sample cider + cheese pairings at tables in our Carriage House, organized by the New York Cider Association. Or enjoy Boscobel’s iconic views and lush grounds while supporting local business at the artisan marketplace.

Boscobel’s historic house museum and grounds will be open for self-guided tours for the day.

DID YOU KNOW? Apples played an existential role in the lives of early Americans. Not only were apples nourishment and refreshment in the form of juice and cider, they were used in food preservation, which was critical to store anything over winter.
