Repair Cafe

Details:

Guests can bring a damaged household item where community volunteers will pass on their fix-it skills free of charge. This eco-friendly event encourages frugality, ingenuity, and the appreciation of everyday objects and reduces what goes into landfills. Participants will be assisted with one item on a first come first served basis, second items will go to the end of the line to ensure everyone gets help.

Additional fix-it enthusiasts are needed to join the volunteer fix-it crew. If you are good with electrical repairs, electronics, wood, fabric, yarn, jewelry etc, and would like to share your repair skills or just have fun learning please visit https://bit.ly/RepairCafeVolunteer10-2
