“Something Happening On the River:” (Re)Building Boscobel is our newest exhibition, tracing the remarkable life of this Hudson Valley icon—from its construction in the early 1800s to its dramatic mid-century resurrection and present-day revival and restoration.

Through original architectural elements, Federal-period furniture inspired by the house’s design, and never-before-seen archival materials, the exhibition offers an intimate look at the resilience of one of America’s most beautiful places and the stories it continues to tell along the Hudson River.
